Boost your employability and earning potential by earning your MBA. With GMercyU's unique 4 +1 MBA, students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher can earn both a bachelor of science degree in management and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) in just five years.
Skip the grad school entrance exams by taking graduate credits during your senior year – as part of your undergraduate tuition – and then seamlessly complete your MBA the following year.

BUS 354 Athletics Administration
This course is designed to introduce students to the management issues faced by administrators within collegiate and high school athletics departments. Students will develop an understanding of issues such as governance, scheduling, NCAA and conference compliance, gender equity and Title IX, conference membership issues, departmental structure, and organizational goals in athletics, legal issues, and operating procedures.
BUS 355 Facility Management
This course investigates the functions of sport managers in the design, operation, and financing of sport facilities. Students will examine the issues pertaining to management of public and private arenas, stadiums, and multipurpose facilities. Management of temporary facilities for special events will also be considered.
BUS 376 Employee Benefits
This course will include consideration of the history of benefits, health insurance and its issues, other benefit options, administration and evaluation of employee benefit plans. Students will be expected to complete a research paper, perform case analysis, and participate in classroom discussions.

Information System Security Officer, Lockheed Martin
At GMercyU, Courtney served as an RA (Resident Assistant) and captain of the basketball team, and he earned multiple academic honors. A critical internship at Cooper University Health Care helped launch his career before moving on to Lockheed Martin.
Craig Vinciguerra ’18
Community Relations Director, Mercer Hill
Craig changed his major from education to management between his sophomore and junior year, but he was able to still graduate in four years, thanks to a professor helping him map out his courses based on his personal, professional, and academic interests. Craig always had an interest in working with the elderly population, and now he holds a management-in-training position at an assisted living community. "[At GMercyU], you're not just another student in the class. You become a member of that department," he said.

In addition to the University's accreditation, the BS in Management program at GMercyU is accredited through the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE).
Scholarships
GMercyU offers dozens of scholarships and grants to help you get a great education at an affordable cost. They do not need to be repaid and generally are renewable each year.
Transfer to the Program
GMercyU grants up to 90 qualifying credits toward a bachelor's degree and offers renewable transfer scholarships and grants ranging from $11,000 to $18,000 a year.
